class=\"\"><strong>FIRE<\/strong>\u662f2020\u5e74\u958b\u59cb\u6d41\u884c\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u8a5e\u5f59\uff0c\u610f\u601d\u662f\u4e0d\u7528\u518d\u70ba\u4e86\u9322\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u80fd\u4ee5\u8ca1\u52d9\u7368\u7acb\u70ba\u5f8c\u76fe\uff0c\u505a\u81ea\u5df1\u559c\u6b61\u7684\u4e8b\u6216\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5831\u916c\u4e0d\u591a\u4e5f\u6c92\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8cfa\u9322\u5df2\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u91cd\u9ede\u3002 \u4f46\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u63db\u53d6\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u662f\u8aaa\uff0c\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u518d\u70ba\u4e86\u91d1\u9322\u800c\u4ed8\u51fa\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u9084\u662f\u5f97\u9760\u9322\u4f86\u5b8c\u6210\u3002\u9019\u9700\u8981\u53ca\u65e9\u8cfa\u5230\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u9000\u4f11\u91d1\u4e26\u540c\u6642\u9032\u884c\u6295\u8cc7\u3002 \u90a3\u5728\u9000\u4f11\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4f60\u7684\u4e00\u5c0f\u6642\u53ef\u4ee5\u8cfa\u591a\u5c11\u9322\u5462\uff1f <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u300c xx\u7403\u661f\u6bcf\u79d2\u9418\u53ef\u4ee5\u8cfa157\u7f8e\u5143 \u300d\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5e38\u5e38\u5728\u7db2\u8def\u4e0a\u5404\u5927\u65b0\u805e\u4e0a\u770b\u5230\u9019\u7a2e\u8aaa\u6cd5\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u76f4\u63a5\u7528\u5e74\u85aa\/\u4e0a\u5834\u6642\u9593\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u6578\u5b57\uff0c\u4f46\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u7403\u54e1\u70ba\u4e86\u85aa\u6c34\u6240\u4ed8\u51fa\u7684\u6642\u9593\u662f\u300c \u4e0a\u5834\u6642\u9593 + \u7df4\u7fd2\u6642\u9593 + \u901a\u52e4\u6642\u9593 \u300d\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6bcf\u79d2\u9418\u7684\u6536\u5165\u516c\u5f0f\u61c9\u8a72\u6539\u6210\u5e74\u85aa\/(\u4e0a\u5834\u6642\u9593 + \u7df4\u7fd2\u6642\u9593 + \u901a\u52e4\u6642\u9593 )\u3002\u9019\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u662f\u6211\u5011\u5728\u8a08\u7b97\u81ea\u5df1\u6bcf\u5c0f\u6642\u5be6\u969b\u85aa\u8cc7\u6642\u5e38\u5ffd\u7565\u6389\u7684\u6642\u9593\u6210\u672c \u2014 \u6211\u5011\u7684\u6bcf\u5c0f\u6642\u5be6\u969b\u85aa\u8cc7\u5176\u5be6\u6bd4\u60f3\u50cf\u4e2d\u4f86\u5f97\u4f4e\u3002 \u6709\u4e86\u9019\u500b\u6982\u5ff5\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u5728\u6311\u9078\u4e00\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u503c\u4e0d\u503c\u5f97\u63a5\u6642\u5c31\u80fd\u505a\u66f4\u7cbe\u78ba\u7684\u6bd4\u8f03 \u2014 \u96d6\u7136\u9019\u4efd\u5de5\u4f5c\u85aa\u6c34\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u662f\u5426\u5e38\u5e38\u8981\u52a0\u73ed\uff1f\u51fa\u5dee\u7684\u983b\u7387\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u5f88\u9ad8\uff1f\u901a\u52e4\u6642\u9593\u591a\u4e45\uff1f\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u82b1\u5f88\u591a\u6642\u9593\u53e6\u5916\u6e96\u5099\u7c21\u5831\uff1f\u5c07\u4e0a\u8ff0\u6642\u9593\u8003\u616e\u9032\u53bb\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6703\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u6709\u4e9b\u770b\u4f3c\u9ad8\u85aa\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u6bcf\u5c0f\u6642\u5be6\u969b\u5de5\u8cc7\u537b\u6c92\u60f3\u50cf\u4e2d\u7684\u9ad8\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">\u5ef6\u9072\u4eab\u53d7\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b93\u6bcf\u584a\u9322\u767c\u63ee\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u50f9\u503c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u5728\u652f\u51fa\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4f5c\u8005\u63d0\u5230\uff0c\u8cb7\u4e00\u6a23\u6771\u897f\u7684\u6210\u672c\u4e26\u4e0d\u55ae\u7d14\u53ea\u662f\u6a19\u7c64\u4e0a\u7684\u50f9\u683c\u3002\u4ee5\u8cb7\u4e00\u53f080\u842c\u584a\u7684\u6c7d\u8eca\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u8cfc\u8cb7\u7684\u6210\u672c\u5176\u5be6\u662f\uff1a 1.\u8cb7\u8eca\u768480\u842c\u5143 2.\u5c0780\u842c\u5143\u62ff\u53bb\u6295\u8cc7\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u6210\u672c \u2014 \u82e5\u5c0780\u842c \u5143\u62ff\u53bb\u6295\u8cc7\uff0c\u57287%\u7684\u5e74\u6210\u9577\u7387\u4e0b\uff0c10\u5e74\u5f8c\u73fe \u5728\u768480\u842c\u5c07\u6709160\u842c\u7684\u50f9\u503c\uff0c20\u5e74\u5f8c\u5247\u662f320 \u842c\uff01 \u90a3\u770b\u5b8c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7684\u6578\u5b57\uff0c\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u544a\u8a34\u6211\u5011\u4e7e\u8106\u90fd\u4e0d\u8981\u8cb7\u6771\u897f\u4e86\u5462\uff1f\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u7684\uff0c\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u53ea\u9700\u8981\u601d\u8003\u5169\u4ef6\u4e8b\uff1a <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">1.\u8cb7\u9019\u500b\u7269\u54c1\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e36\u7d66\u4f60\u5feb\u6a02\uff1f \u6216\u66f4\u7cbe\u78ba\u7684\u8aaa\u6cd5 \u2014 \u4f60\u662f\u5426\u9858\u610f\u4ee5\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e00\u6574\u5e74 \u7684\u6642\u9593\u63db\u53d6\u4e00\u8f1b\u8eca\uff1f\u96d6\u7136\u5728\u8cb7\u6771\u897f\u6642\u662f\u7528\u9322\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u4f46\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u6211\u5011\u4ed8\u51fa\u7684\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u7269\u54c1\u50f9\u683c\/ \u6bcf\u5c0f\u6642\u5be6\u969b\u5de5\u8cc7\u6240\u5f97\u51fa\u7684\u6642\u9593\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">2.\u53ef\u4e0d\u53ef\u4ee5\u665a\u4e00\u9ede\u8cb7\uff1f \u5e02\u5834\u7684\u9577\u671f\u5e74\u5831\u916c\u7387\u662f7%\uff0c\u9019\u88e1\u518d\u6b21\u5f37\u8abf \u2014 7%\u662f\u5df2\u6263\u9664\u901a\u8ca8\u81a8\u8139\u7684\u5831\u916c\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4e00\u4ef6 1000\u5143\u7684\u8863\u670d\uff0c\u99ac\u4e0a\u8cb7\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u7406\u6240\u7576\u7136\u662f\u8981 \u4ed8\u51fa1000\u5143\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u5ef6\u9072\u4e00\u5e74\u8cfc\u8cb7\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u53ea\u9700\u6e96\u5099935(1000\/(1+7%))\u5143\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u5728\u4e00\u5e74\u5f8c \u8cb7\u5230\u50f9\u683c1000\u5143\u7684\u76f8\u540c\u8863\u670d\uff0c\u985e\u4f3c\u6211\u5011\u5e38\u8aaa \u7684\u300c\u665a\u8cb7\u4eab\u6298\u6263\u300d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">\u6295\u8cc7\u7684\u8907\u5229\u6548\u679c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u611b\u56e0\u65af\u5766\u66fe\u8aaa\u904e\uff0c\u8907\u5229\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u7b2c\u516b\u5927\u5947\u8e5f\u3002 \u8907\u5229\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4f5c\u8005\u5728\u66f8\u4e2d\u63d0\u5230\u6700\u591a\u6b21\u7684\u8a5e\u3002 \u7f8e\u570b\u80a1\u5e02\u9577\u671f\u7684\u5e74\u5831\u916c\u7387\u7d04\u70ba7%(\u5df2\u6263\u9664\u901a\u8ca8\u81a8\u8139)\uff0c\u5047\u8a2d\u6295\u5165100\u842c\u5143\uff0c\u5728\u6bcf\u5e747%\u7684\u8907\u5229\u4e0b\uff0c\u572810\u5e74\u5f8c\u5c07\u8b8a\u6210200\u842c<a \u60f3\u50cf\u4e00\u4e0b\u6efe\u96ea\u7403\uff0c\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u7684\u96ea\u8d8a\u591a\uff0c\u6efe\u52d5\u7684\u5761\u9053\u8d8a\u9577\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u96ea\u7403\u5c31\u6703\u8d8a\u5927\uff1f \u800c\u8907\u5229\u4e2d\u7684\u672c\u91d1\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u7684\u96ea\uff0c\u5761\u9053\u5247\u662f\u4f60\u8b93\u5b83\u8907\u5229\u7684\u6642\u9593\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5b58\u4e0b\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u9322\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8d8a\u65e9\u958b\u59cb\u9032\u884c\u6295\u8cc7\uff0c\u6240\u7372\u5f97\u7684\u8907\u5229\u6548\u679c\u4e5f\u6703\u8d8a\u5f37\u5927\u3002
